Print Media

Daily Newsprint: Show Supplements on HOSTESS will be published by leading Arabic & English newspaper publishers in the region. These supplements will evaluate and highlight features and sponsors of the event. It will be published in broadsheet and distributed with the daily newspapers on the day of the opening of the show.

Newspaper Advertisements: Advertisements will run for an entire week leading up to the show and on the show dates in both Arabic & Arabic newspapers. Advertisements will also be placed in other GCC countries in advance of the show with the intent of drawing trade visitors to the event.

Trade Publications / Media Partners: Leading trade publications from around the region and abroad will carry advertisements and editorial on the event and will be present at the show. These media partners will also help in the online advertising and promotion of the show.

Broadcast Media

Radio advertisements: During the lead up to HOSTESS, advertisements will run on FM stations across the country in English, Arabic and Hindi.

Radio Road Shows: Three radio stations will broadcast live from the Festival in English, Arabic and Hindi. Radio interviews will be conducted and broadcast live during the show.

Online Media

Email Broadcasts: In-house and through Media Partners.

SMS Campaigns: Using our in-house database as well as a leased CRM provider.

Social Media advertisements: Twitter/ Face book advertisements and updates will run straight through to the end of the exhibition. Socially active commentators will be contracted to post regular comments and talk about HOSTESS on twitter.

Google Ad-word campaign: Advertisements on Google Search Engine.

Direct Marketing

Complimentary & VIP Invitation distribution: Hard copy invitations will be mailed to our trade visitor database and VIP invitations will be distributed to prominent business people in the region.

Public Relations

Forming an integral part of the marketing plan, the PR activity is managed by our contracted PR agency. Over 12 press releases will be issued between December 2011 and November 2012, scheduled to intensify closer to HOSTESS. As part of the PR agency's responsibility, sponsors and participating companies will be contacted for information and statements that will be incorporated into the press releases. During HOSTESS, a dedicated PR office onsite will manage and liaise between the press and participating companies for interviews and statements released to the media.
